Our occupier SAP Litmos have just launched a new mindfulness collection of e-learning courses that are open and available to everyone.
SAP Litmos create e-learning courses on a range of topics, such a Health and Wellbeing, Customer Service, Personal Development, Communication and Social skills… the list goes on.
With an aim to make content that’s engaging and fun, and never, under any circumstances, boring, they write courses for both employers and employees, stating that their latest course about mindfulness “is for absolutely everyone; everyone can benefit from the upsides and practices that it promotes. But you have to want it.”
