Start of British Open Golf Championship

We will swing into action in The Garden Restaurant with some Scottish dishes to celebrate the event being held at Carnoustie.

On the menu:

Braised beef, whiskey sauce, clapshot
Scottish wild salmon, white wine cream, dill creamed potatoes
Chef’s Theatre – risotto of Arboth smokie
Battered Mars Bar
