Ian Davies Consulting has launched a new series of Professional Development Seminars on Engineering Management and Leadership. They will run at EngineRooms throughout next year and registration is now open for the first event.
The seminars provide a unique opportunity for engineers and technicians to develop their managerial and leadership ability in a practical, flexible and affordable way.
Each seminar is designed to stand alone so that participants leave with knowledge and tips that they can use immediately as well as advice on how to continue to develop their own ability.
Additional seminars in the series complement each other, with each providing support and guidance around a specific aspect of engineering leadership or management. Developing professionals can choose whether to attend just one seminar, or work through several of them to meet their own needs at their own pace.
Ian Davies has proven, international experience in engineering leadership and management and will deliver the seminars in an engaging way to deliver real value to participants.
