Join us for our 5K Fun Run around the Birchwood Park Loop. Get your team together to enter for a bit of fun or a bit of healthy competition!
All levels accepted -the route can be ran, jogged or walked.
As always fancy dress is highly encouraged!
A trophy will be given to 1st place and a prizes can be won for best fancy dress and best team effort.
Entries are just £5 with all proceeds going to Peace & Mind UK.
