There’s no stopping Falkon Digital, who have been busy boosting profiles during lockdown with their E-Commerce conversion and SEO skills.
The Chadwick House occupier has acted quickly for its clients within the UK housing market after low interest rates and mortgage incentives caused homeowners to re-evaluate their priorities when searching for their next home.
Estate agents were one of the first industries to open after lockdown, and with interest rates dropping it has certainly been a great time to sell or buy a property. However, many are still cautious about in-person appointments, so Falkon were able to help an estate agency showcase virtually. Using video marketing and a change of social media strategy Falkon are helping estate agents boost their sales by connecting with buyers and sellers.
Luke Sherran, Director at Falkon Digital said: “Since lockdown started, brands have been relying more on video and social media to connect with customers and keep up employee engagement. Being based at Birchwood Park has been great for our work with local, national and international brands, as well as having meeting rooms available to host workshops for inhouse teams too. We’ve been here for a year so far, and can’t wait to get back to the office!”
