At a time of uncertainty across the country, CEO of MPP Global Paul Johnson arranged a special Covid Q&A available to all MPP Global employees, their friends and their family.
The online session was hosted by Dr Gavin Johnson, the brother of Paul Johnson, who has been working on the front lines in London for the NHS and is connected to all the latest briefings.
Jen Melia, Talent & Engagement Manager for MPP Global said “Feedback was overwhelming. We had friends and family dial in as well, so it really put a lot of people’s minds at rest, answered a lot of questions they were worried about. He’s coming back to talk to us again in another couple of weeks.”
MPP Global has been supporting its employees in the transition to work from home since ten days before lockdown, and has introduced full flexibility of hours, weekly updates and regular welfare check ins to help with motivation and productivity.
