Mindfulness and Relaxation Session - 16th & 18th May

The art of mindfulness has become increasingly popular across the world in recent years. It has been defined as a method of meditation, designed to focus our attention on the present moment. This helps us to live in the current, without dwelling on the past or worrying what may happen in the future, therefore; allowing us to feel much more relaxed in everyday life.

Holistic Haven have been offering Holistic Therapies to their clients for almost 20 years including services such as; Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Mindfulness & Relaxation sessions.

We will be offering 2 Mindfulness & Relaxation sessions this week for you to try out and learn a little more about Mindfulness.

Mindfulness has been shown to have many benefits including:

  • Reducing stress levels
  • Reducing physical pain
  • Improving sleep
  • Helping to battle depression
