Ally has been with Alive & Well for 5 years, and specialises in free weights movements, team sports and overall fitness.
If you want to learn something new, or even just build your overall fitness, Ally can help! After years in the sporting industry, and previously a full time rugby player at Sale Sharks, he now enjoys helping our members train, running classes such as Kettlebells, Abs, Legs Bums & Tums and Tabata.
All of our team are all highly qualified in their areas of expertise, and have provided training programmes for all levels, including everyday fitness, to elite sportspeople and Olympic athletes, so you can rest assured that they will keep you on track!
All of our memberships include:
- Full use of the fully equipped gym
- Up to two weekly Free Personal Trainer sessions of 30 mins (subject to availability)
- Fitness induction
- Regular re-assessments
- Full use of the steam and sauna (currently closed due to COVID-19)
- Over 30 weekly studio classes including Yoga, Kettlebells and Spin to name a few
- Fitness advice throughout your membership
- Heart-rate training
