LWA continues to support local communities in Warrington and overseas!

Birchwood Park based LWA are delighted to announce they are sponsoring another Warrington Wolves player – this time from Warrington Wolves academy – Eribe Doro; who at 17 is already proving to be a special talent and has just been promoted to the first-grade squad!

Eribe is a first-year academy player from Oldham, who was offered a scholarship after impressing the Head of Talent Identification, Peter Farrell. During the two years of his scholarship he progressed further and further, achieving an England U16 call up and a test match in France.

Eribe has participated in ten Academy games this year and was signed after really impressing in his two-year scholarship with Warrington Wolves. LWA are absolutely thrilled to sponsor this rising star and so pleased that Steve Price has promoted him to the first-grade squad, meaning the accountancy firm’s partnership with Warrington Wolves this season has become even stronger.

In addition, LWA recently sponsored a table for The Warrington Wolves Foundation, who have formed a Learning Disability Rugby group that encourages young players and fans who experience a learning disability ranging from autism, moderate learning difficulties and Kabuki syndrome, to play the game that they love. LWA showed their support for this new wonderful team by sponsoring a table for the children to watch the game against Hulk Kingston Rovers on 14th April. LWA director, Steve Collings, was pleased to join the children when they met some of Warrington Wolves’ finest players.

Supporting the community is one of LWA’s key goals as part of their philosophy of Know, Like & Trust, and therefore they were delighted to have been able to contribute to this great cause.

Finally, with LWA’s accountancy services being sourced by new clients in Europe, the firm have also expanded their support to overseas, and glad to be sponsoring the training shirts and rain jackets of another hard-working squad; German youth football team DJK Dülmen G-Juroren.

One of the plucky players is managing partner, Les Leavitt’s nephew, whose team mates are glad to be able to train in all weather conditions. The season started on 3rd March, but already the team is almost unbeatable – there are plenty of talented, bright stars on this team too it seems!
