As part of their 2021 wellbeing initiatives, the team at Haier Europe at Bridgewater Place have teamed up with Alive & Well Reception Manager, Magda and her personal training business to create some bespoke fitness sessions which can all be taken from the comfort of their own home.
Whilst Alive & Well is closed, it is great to see our team going above and beyond providing such services from their own personal training businesses. Once we get the go ahead for the gym to reopen, we hope to host more fitness sessions for companies to take advantage of, to help support employee wellbeing on the park.
Friday saw the first stretching session, which was well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

The aim of these sessions is to provide a feeling of togetherness whilst building own personal fitness, things which have been tough due to the pandemic over the last 12 months. I’m very much looking forward to seeing how the ‘Keep Fit Friday’s’ evolve over time.”
