Happy? OK? Sad?
An important part of looking after mental wellbeing is asking for help and support. The Happy? OK? Sad? website is local resources where people can find information about mental health support and services and provides advice information and practical resources to help us look after our mental health and wellbeing. They will also be promoting the new ‘In Your Corner’ campaign, encouraging men to look out for their mate, to see the signs when they may be struggling and know where to go for help. This is part of a national campaign to tackle stigma around mental health and encouraging people to talk!

Blood Pressure Checks
There will be staff on hand who can carry out blood pressure checks and give advice and information on services that are available in Warrington to help people if they are looking to make changes to their lifestyles.

Smoke Free
A member of staff from the Smoke Free team will also be joining us on the day to give advice, support and guide people through all the support available for anyone looking to become smoke free. You are 4 times more likely to quit for good if you receive support from a specialist service, and our local team offer a range of support from face to face to telephone and online.
