Fisherman’s Friends is a 2019 biographical comedy-drama directed by Chris Foggin. The film stars an ensemble cast headed by Daniel Mays, James Purefoy and Tuppence Middleton. It tells the story of ten fisherman from Cornwall are signed by Universal Records and achieve a top ten hit with their debut album of Sea Shanties.
