Distinction for Jade as she completes her apprenticeship at the EngineRooms

A huge congratulations goes out to our very own Jade Lunt for completing her Commis Chef Level 2 award – with a distinction!

Jade managed to complete her course despite lockdown restrictions meaning that her final exams had to be completed at home and over Zoom, a highlight of the commitment and dedication needed to achieve such a high mark.

Pictured with Rob Bruford, Talent & Succession Manager at Dine Contract Catering, Jade is now working hard at the EngineRooms to progress to the next level, whilst making sure all the food is delivered to only the highest standards at The WoodShed, Café at Chadwick House and for all Meetings and Events individual meals that may be needed.

Well done Jade, from everyone at Birchwood Park and beyond!
