Employees at MPP Global were in for a real treat last week as they were invited to a company online cocktail hour!
Keeping morale high during lockdown has been high on the agenda for the forward thinking company, which has been encouraging participation in online events since March, such as company sponsored online yoga sessions, and a virtual talent competition, ‘MPP’s Got Talent’.
Talent & Engagement Manager, Jen Melia, said: “This event had been in high demand for a while and we wanted to save it for the third or fourth month when the feeling of lockdown really became the new norm, and novelties of working from home had worn off – so this came at a great time to boost morale. One of the contestants was an ex bar tender so he showcased his skills for us on the night… we had no idea!”
