After a week of being back, it has been great to see that our members are enjoying using Alive & Well once more after a 5-month hiatus! Everyone has been following the social distancing guidance and the new online booking system is working well.
This week we will be putting the finishing touches to our class timetable, which will be published shortly. The classes will now take place in Chadwick House, with a one way system in place to enter and exit. Showers will be available should you need them, however if you are able to shower at home, please do.
We will be posting a video onto our Facebook Members Group soon to show you just how the classes will work, how to get there, and where the showers are – watch this space!
