First up was hosted by The Business Desk, where we listened to our very own Commercial Director Martin O’Rourke, and our occupier Lee Birchall from DV8 Designs talk with Mark Finlay (Moneypenny), Claire McLean (Realise HR) and Alex Turner from The Business Desk about the Office of the Future. The second webinar we hosted with Rener Wellbeing – and now, thanks to Khalil Rener I have developed my own personalised wellbeing action plan, using some simple introductions to my lifestyle.

I can’t wait to get back to real life mindfulness sessions at Birchwood Park, but for now, a lunchtime walk in it’s beautiful surroundings will be perfect to reset, recharge and get ready for a productive afternoon!
