At a Menopause Café people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss menopause. The principles of the Menopause Café are that they are open to all regardless of age or gender, are held in a respectful, confidential and accessible space, are not for profit and are not to lead to any conclusion, product or course of action.
This free event is the opportunity for the people of Warrington to come together and talk all things menopause in a safe, friendly environment with supportive people.
Come for a chat (over a brew!) about anything and everything to do with menopause.
- If you’re in need of a place to talk about how you’re feeling about menopause – perhaps you can’t talk about it at home
- If you’re not at that stage of life yet and interested to find out more about what may lie ahead
- If your partner is going through it and you would like to talk about how it’s impacting your life
