Sport Relief is when the British public comes together to get active and change lives.
The personal trainers have set 3 rowing goals – Bronze, Silver & Gold, each equals a certain distance (the members’ distances will be added together at the end of each day)
Bronze = The Thames (346km)
Silver = The English Channel (560km)
Gold = The North Sea (Hull to Aalesund) (1114.9km)
