“I wonder if I could ask for your support, I have taken up running this year and found that I actually rather enjoy it despite the blisters, cold nights and lonely roads….
I’ve been fortunate enough to tackle various runs / obstacle races this year as I’m sure you know with my never ending references to running times and distances travelled, however recently I’ve found out I’d been accepted to race in the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon, whilst this is without doubt a huge ambition for me if not a tad daunting, I will be helping to raise funds and awareness for an amazing charity called Phab.
Phab Kids inspires and supports children, young people and adults of all abilities to make more of life together through social activities and sports and more information about this amazing charity who mainly work with children and young adults with special needs ensuring they get to share the same opportunities to enjoy social and sporting activities expanding there life experiences and meeting new friends along the way – http://phab.org.uk/
