Eat Well Live Well - Nutrition Awareness Day at The Centre

When it comes to a healthier diet, a balance is the key to getting it right. This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions. It’s a good idea to try and get this balance right every day, but you don’t need to do it every meal.

Every dish on our menu in The Centre is analysed by our nutritionist, Roz Whitney to provide the data allowing customers to make an informed choice.
