Birchwood Park welcomes first occupier to completed Cavendish Avenue development

We are thrilled to announce the official completion of our new ‘modern hybrid’ buildings; 711-713 Cavendish Avenue, and to welcome its first occupier, global medical diagnostics company, Werfen. The three new units add 53,018 sq. ft. of warehouse space to Birchwood Park.

Werfen will occupy 712 Cavendish Avenue, a 17,537 sq. ft. warehouse with flexible design that has allowed the company to expand the space, creating new offices and demonstration areas.
