We all know that wellbeing is good for business and that healthy people are happier, more engaged and more productive. Practical mental health skills are a key component for creating a safe, healthy workplace where the mental health and physical health of employees are valued equally.
Focused Training are offering a 1 and 2-day Mental Health First Aid courses for workplace Champions and Mental Health First Aiders, both are accredited courses that will help participants develop an understanding of mental health and the factors that affect our wellbeing and provide practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.
Their courses will give participants the confidence to step in, reassure and support someone in distress.
