On Your Feet Britain Day

Take part in this national day on Friday 28th April to take a stand for improved office wellness and productivity by getting on your feet. #SitLess #MoveMore

The On Your Feet Britain challenge encourages you to convert ‘sitting time’ to ‘standing time’. Follow some simple changes – its easier than you think:

  • Stand during phone calls
  • Stand and take a break from your computer every 30 minutes
  • Use the stairs
  • Have meetings standing up
  • Eat your lunch away from your desk
  • Walk to your colleague’s desk instead of phoning or emailing them
  • Stand up during presentations
