Did you know that the new membership rates for Alive & Well here on the Park, include FREE PT sessions to suit all levels of fitness (subject to availability).
Look out for our Alive & Well PT’s; Jimmy and Ali who will be out and about across the Park over the next few weeks.
They will be popping up at Chadwick House Café, The Hub at 401 and at The Centre mid mornings around 10am and afternoons around 3pm.
Please say hello, they will be happy to help with any queries you may have about the gym, classes and general fitness – you may even get a free Starbucks!
